Where we’re headed in 2025
The first six-months’ trips have been planned, and you can take a look by heading over to the updated Tramp List. New users can also use the list to discover the club’s automated booking system, just by clicking on any destination.
Middle Hill Hut has been renovated by a Back Country Trust team
The exterior, with fireplace removed and a new wood burner installed and new roof and windows. A new woodshed also installed (see left side of the photo).

The next trip will be on Wednesday 19 March. Meet at Fernhill just up the Taihape Rd at 7.50am, to leave at 8am. We’ll likely go to Kohinga this time.
