An invitation to current and former members, and all our friends
This year, the club celebrates its half-century – and we would love you to be there! This is a chance to catch up with current and former trampers, old friends and partners.
To join the event – on Saturday 12 October, starting at 5.30pm at East Pier Restaurant, Hardinge Road, Napier – you need to complete the registration form, which you can download here.
Save the form under your surname – for example Jones.pdf – and email it to
or print it out and hand it to Di Reid or Sue Martin. Emailed applications will receive a receipt.
Numbers are limited, so early registration is recommended. Registrations close at 11.59pm on Friday 27 September.
The cost is $85 per person. When you register a $20, non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
The full cost covers:
- A welcome glass of bubbles, beer or juice on arrival
- A range of canapes
- A buffet dinner with hot and cold meats, salads, greens etc
- Dessert
- Tea, coffee and celebration cake
- Guest speaker
- A small memento to celebrate the anniversary
The bar will be open; cash and eftpos will be accepted.
Full payment is due by 27 September. Payment via internet banking is preferred. The club’s bank account number is 03-1517-0018902-00
If you pay online, please use your surname as Particulars and 50th as the Reference.
If paying in cash, please hand it to Di Reid or Sue Martin with the registration form.
If you have any interesting photos or other items for display at the event, please indicate this on the registration form and we’ll get in touch with you. Rest assured, we’ll take good care of your memorabilia.
Saturday morning tramp to Kaweka J
We plan to make our traditional tramp up to Kaweka J on Saturday 12 October. Everyone is welcome. If you would like to come, please let us know as soon as possible, so we can organise transport. You can register your interest on the form.
We look forward to sharing a great evening with you and maybe a tramp up to the J.
